Nervous

So here we are, 15 hours until liftoff. Me and Mckenzy are working down to the wire. Getting travelers health insurance, making sure we have insurance on our tickets in case we need to change them, spending $75 on toilettries at target per person, buying card readers and chargers for our cameras, making last minute phone calls, getting some exercise in, going out to Turks(the local dive bar), blogging, checking a million different things online, saying goodbye to family, getting a watch cause im not bringing a phone, taking one last hot and long home shower, taking pictures of my bed to remember it by, downloading moves and music or buying a new ipod, lots of buying and packing. We have been preparing for weeks but it always comes down to the last few days.

Both of us absolutely can not wait until we are through customs at LAX, only then can we finally "relax." When oddly surely thats when the real fun begins. Tomorrow we fly from LAX to Taipei, Taiwan where we arrive at 8:20pm on sep 23. We will be promptly leaving taipei at 10:45pm so that we can arrive in Bangkok at 1:12am. Now exactly why we set up to arrive in Bangkok Thailand at one oclock in the morning neither of us can quite figure out. Although upon further reflection i think i remember the moment in Smokeyard during marchish when we were buying the tickets. We were only thinking of how easily we could get to LAX instead of thinking about just how haggard and out of it we would be upon arrival in Bangkok. Its going to be quite interesting when both Mac(McKenzy) and I are standing curbside at BGK looking like two obvious thailand virgins with no destination or hotel reservation. I cant wait to deal with the rabid cab drivers and hotel pushers trying to take our money and viriginity.

Hopefully you will again be hearing from us in two days time, alive and well in Bangkok about to go to some live ping pong ball shows.

Well wish us luck, at this point all i have left to do is get some sleep and i know that aint gonna be easy. check out the pre trip pics.........i know theyre terrible, chin up they will get better.......
